ATOMIC STRUCTURE AND ELECTRONIC PROPERTIES OF NEW 2D / 3D COMPOSITE MATERIALS BASED ON GRAPHENE MONOLAYERS AND C60 FULLERENES

ABSTRACT

Currently, among the new composite materials based on graphene and other carbon nanostructures, C60 / graphene hybrid structures stand out. Interest in such structures is caused by the potentially wide range of applications of C60 / graphene material in various applied fields due to the combination of physicochemical properties of graphene and C60 fullerene. In the work, computer modeling methods are used to study the features of the atomic and electronic structures of new structural modifications of the C60 / graphene material - mono- and bilayer graphene / C60 / graphene films and 3D C60 / graphene structures.
