The aim of our study was to evaluate the influence of ischemia-reperfusion changes on pancreatic blood flow (PBF) and the development of acute pancreatitis (AP) in laboratory rats in vivo by using the Laser Speckle contrast imaging and digital microscopy; and additionally to assess the optical parameters in norm and under condition of AP in rats. We present the results of experimental study of microcirculation of pancreas in 82 rats at ischemic model. It was found that the dynamic behavior of blood flow and vascular network is well match to physiological response to induced pathology.
