THE MECHANISM OF STABILIZATION OF THE TUNNELING CURRENT OF PHOTO- AND AUTOEMITTERS BASED ON NANOSTRUCTURES WITH DLC FILM

ABSTRACT

An analytical review of known experimental data on the stabilization of field emission using a nanoscale dielectric film is given. A model is proposed, numerical simulation is carried out, and results are obtained that describe the mechanism for limiting the electrotransport through the film and reducing the criticality to the scatter of geometrically emission centers.
