Study of the processes in biological tissues in diabetes promotes the development of methods for diagnostics and treatment of this disease, predicting its complications. The aim of the work was a comparative study of the glycerol diffusion in tissues of healthy animals (rat skin and myocardium) and the tissues of animals with alloxan diabetes. The diffusion coefficients were estimated from analysis of kinetics of change of optical parameters of these tissue samples under aqueous 70%-glycerol solution action.
