THE APPLICATION OF TESTING LIGHT BEAM SPECTRALLY FILTERED AND RGB DECOMPOSITION OF MICROPHOTOGRAPHY TO REGISTER ERYTHROCYTES AGGLUTINATION ENHANCED BY ULTRASOUND ON THE BASE OF FLOW METHOD

ABSTRACT

The variant of flow microscopy method development is suggested to increase the resolving power to register the process of erythrocytes agglutination. The experiment had shown that ultrasonic standing wave action upon the agglutinating mixture “blood-serum” leads to the formation of RBC immune complexes of such a large sizes that it becomes possible to suggest a new two-waves optical method of RBC agglutination registration accompanied by RGB decomposition of microphotographs of liquid mixture flows under investigation. Such an approach increase the reliability on erythrocytes agglutination and, hence, blood group typing. The results may be applied to develop the apparatus for the aims of automatical typing of human blood.
