In this course we will present novel applications of non linear laser imaging by using pulsed sources. Concepts regarding the multiphoton and the second harmonic generation imaging will be discussed, together with lifetime imaging. The possibility to obtain morpho-funtional characteristics of tissues will be described in different fields: from neuroscience, to dermathology, ophalmology and urology. Also, different clinical applications will be analized as a possible approach for early diagnosis or follow up of laser or chemical therapies.
